Our Story
Dimensions Centre was founded by Natalie Castonguay, a Registered Nurse, veteran, former first responder and mother of five twice-exceptional, AuDHD children. Her personal experiences navigating the healthcare system highlighted significant gaps, inspiring her to create an interprofessional health and allied health clinic in Ottawa. The clinic aims to be a safe and inclusive space for everyone, particularly for neurodivergent individuals, 2SLGBTQIA+ folx, and veterans/first responders, while also fostering a supportive and empowering environment for staff. We don't just fill gaps in the healthcare system—we create innovative solutions from the ground up.
Our Logo
A work of art and a statement of purpose, our logo was masterfully crafted by two autistic individuals. At its heart is an intricate optical illusion—a dynamic box that both contains and breaks free, holding a 'd' for Dimensions at its core. This single image embodies our motto: "Out of the Box Therapeutic Approaches", which is our guiding principle. It's a commitment to going beyond the conventional, to seeing the problems others miss, and to building revolutionary solutions that make a real, tangible difference in people's lives. The vibrant tapestry of colors mirrors the broad spectrum of our interdisciplinary services, while the shifting perspective of the design itself celebrates the diverse points of view that guide our innovative, client-centered care.
Summer Day Program Registration
Our Summer Program will be held at Edge Gymnastics and is open to participants aged 4 - 17 years old.
