Our Interdisciplinary Assessment Process is the cornerstone of our holistic, client-centered care. Mobilizing a team of diverse experts, we move beyond siloed evaluations.
Cost includes time with the NP, measures, review of documents and an assessment summary letter.
50 minutes with the NP
45 minutes with the NP
Discussed at the first appointment, may be required for more complex cases. 50 minutes per appointment.
NP services are not covered by OHIP, please check your individual insurance carrier for coverage prior to booking.
