Roles & Associates Psychotherapy Services Inc. is a team of registered multidisciplinary clinicians who are all certified cognitive behavioural therapists.

It is their mission to provide clients and learners with research-based interventions and treatments to help alleviate the effects of trauma, mental illness, and everyday life stressors.

They work collaboratively within their specialties and the recovery model to empower clients to optimize their mental health.

Dimensions Centre Inc. is a holistic therapy and wellness clinic in West Ottawa that offers comprehensive, interdisciplinary care for individuals of all ages and families. The clinic emphasizes a neuro-diverse affirming environment, specializing in assessments and therapy for Autism, ADHD, and mental health issues.

Our professional team includes: Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist and Registered Massage Therapist.

Purpose

Dimensions Centre aims to provide comprehensive health services for individuals of all ages and families seeking holistic care. Located in Ottawa, Ontario (and available virtually anywhere in Ontario) we are collaborating with Roles & Associates Psychotherapy to enhance services and bridge systemic gaps in northern Ontario.

This partnership will allow clients of Roles & Associates to access expert inter-disciplinary care that focuses on neuro-divergence and affirming care.

Services Provided

Psychopharmacology Consultations: Initiation/management, stabilization and monitoring of medication.
Integrated Medical Services: Medical reviews, referrals, filling out forms, etc.
Mental Health Assessments: Mental health/health assessments to differentiate between general mental health diagnoses and presentations rooted in neuro-divergence
Neurodevelopmental Assessments: Assessments for ADHD, autism, OCD, etc.

Assessments

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) assessments are comprehensive evaluations performed by trained health professionals to determine if an individual meets the diagnostic criteria for one or both neurodevelopmental conditions.

Mental Health Assessments are done by the Nurse Practitioner and include a comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, current and past functioning, ordering tests (as needed) and diagnostic measures.
