Anne-Marie is a highly experienced Registered Nurse (RN) and RN Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in mental health across the lifespan. She brings extensive education, knowledge, and clinical practice in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, impulse-control disorders, and trauma and PTSD. A recent clinical focus is her personal passion for neurodevelopmental disorders.
Clinical Expertise and Approach
Anne-Marie’s clinical focus includes working with youth and adult populations, with specialization in child and adolescent mental health issues. She also has deep expertise in specific populations, including military members, first responders, and individuals coping with chronic and acute medical conditions (such as traumatic brain injuries or medical trauma).

Her diverse professional background includes roles as an RN Psychotherapist and a Mental Health Nurse with the Department of National Defense. She also served as a Registered Nurse with the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) for over a decade.

Anne-Marie holds a Master of Science in Nursing (University of Ottawa), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (University of Ottawa), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Queens University).
