Randall Cole, a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), brings a strong background in communications and a diverse skill set developed through his work with various mission-driven organizations.
Randall is deeply committed to education, social justice, animal welfare, environmental protection, peace, and supporting marginalized youth and families. His contributions have made a significant impact both nationally and internationally.
Inspired by his mother's transformative experience with a social worker, Randall chose a career in social work to assist individuals facing challenges and seeking guidance. He firmly believes in the inherent dignity of all individuals, families, and communities, advocating for their right to self-determination. As a therapist, he views himself as a supportive ally, dedicated to empowering his clients on their unique paths toward happiness, peace, and fulfillment.
As a parent through open adoption of two neurodiverse children, Randall's personal experiences have further fueled his passion for social work. In addition to his lived experience, he has worked with various youth organizations in the United Kingdom and the United States. In the UK, he served on the Board of Trustees for ADDUP, Greater London's largest organization providing direct services and support to neurodiverse youth, their families, and caregivers, including a term as Chairperson. In the US, he worked at the Council on Developmental Disabilities, where he designed, implemented, and managed the organization’s first-ever after-school program for neurodiverse young people, providing them with an affirming space to build social and communication skills, make friends, and interact with their peers.
Randall has extensive experience in private practice, working with neurodiverse children, adolescents, young adults, and their families, as well as members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and minority ethnic groups.
