Hello! I’m Nancy (she/they) a queer, non-binary human who is passionate about providing safe spaces for people to heal and meet themselves in different capacities. 

I know how difficult it can be to go through life feeling alone, confused, and worried about what will come next. These feelings can spread to all areas of life, even the most seemingly mundane.

My priority as your therapist is to make sure you feel safe, heard, and respected in our sessions. Your well-being is of utmost importance to me! Whatever challenge you are facing in your life, we approach it together at a pace that feels comfortable for YOU.

Humans are endlessly unique and treatment approaches should reflect the individual needs of each person which is why I practice from an integrative approach. This means that we adjust treatment to meet your evolving needs and I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques to find what works best for you at every stage of your journey. 

I believe that all people are deserving of compassion, care, and empathy. The core foundation of my work with clients relies on the understanding that we are all doing our best to make sense of a world that is changing every day. I strive to provide culturally inclusive, affirming, and client-centered care rooted in curiosity and open-mindedness; you are the expert of your life and how your experiences have impacted you!

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy exploring culinary delights (whether in my own kitchen or new foodie spots that pop up around Ottawa and the GTA), expressing my perspectives through music and art, and being bossed around by my two very adorable (and strong willed) cats, Ginny and Lilly.
