Kendra is a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and a member of Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC). She has a bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Sciences from Brock University and a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from McMaster University.
Kendra has experience working with populations across the lifespan in areas of voice, lisp, feeding and swallowing disorders, social communication skills, transgender voice, brain injury, fluency/stuttering, literacy, parent coaching, speech sound delays/disorders, communication anxiety, developmental communication delays and supporting communication of those who identify as neurodivergent.
Kendra approaches assessment and therapy with a holistic lens that is client and family centered. She has specific experience and interest in providing care that encompasses a mental health and counseling approach. Kendra is intentional about creating a welcoming, supportive and safe therapy environment while focusing on the unique needs and experiences of each person and optimizing on individual strengths.
